• What if I need to reschedule a session?

  No worries  use the confirmation email to change your appointment or just give at least 24 hours’ notice and we’ll help you reschedule to the next best available time.

• How do I know which package is right for me?

  Each package is listed by area. Not sure what to book? Start with a consultation or send us a text or email and we will help you,get started.

• How many sessions do I need?

  Most areas need 6–8 sessions for best results. Your Signature Series includes 8. Maintenance may be needed depending on hair type.

• Is laser painful?

  Most clients describe it as a mild snap — but it’s quick, and we make it as comfortable as possible. No numbing required.

• Is laser safe for dark skin?

  Yes, laser is safe for dark skin when using Nd:YAG or diode lasers with proper settings.

• Do I need to shave before my appointment?

  Yes! Shave the treatment area 24 hours before. No waxing, plucking, or tweezing — laser needs the root to work.

• Can laser help with ingrowns or dark spots?

  Laser can help improve both! It can dramatically reduce ingrowns and help fade hyperpigmentation over time. Consistency is key.
