SMS Terms and Conditions

These SMS Terms and Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern text messages sent by or on behalf of Bee Renee Aesthetics, a DBA of Bee Renee Beaute’ Studio, LLC (“Bee Renee Aesthetics,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in to receive SMS messages, you agree to these SMS Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Program Description

When you opt in, you may receive recurring automated or manually sent text messages from Bee Renee Aesthetics. Messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders; booking, rescheduling, waitlist, and service updates; consultation or client-care follow-ups; order, pickup, and product updates; educational skincare information; program or membership information; promotional offers; event announcements; and other marketing or service-related communications.

2. Opt-In and Consent

You may opt in through a website form, booking form, written form, keyword, or another clearly disclosed method. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you authorize Bee Renee Aesthetics and its service providers, including Brevo and Boulevard where applicable, to send text messages to the number provided. Your consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided and that you are authorized to consent to receive messages at that number. If your number changes or is reassigned, please opt out and notify us.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions, appointments, purchases, preferences, and campaigns. You may receive multiple messages in a month, including additional transactional messages related to active bookings or orders.

4. Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Bee Renee Aesthetics does not charge a separate fee for SMS messages, but your wireless carrier’s messaging and data charges may apply according to your mobile plan.

5. How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any Bee Renee Aesthetics text message to cancel. You may receive one final confirmation message. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from that program unless you opt in again. We may continue to communicate with you through non-SMS channels where permitted.

7. Delivery and Carrier Disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and network availability, and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers and message availability may vary.

8. Privacy

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

9. Changes to These SMS Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued participation after an update means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
