What if I book the wrong facial?
We assess your skin before treatment. If another option is more appropriate, we explain why and help you adjust whenever possible.
Do new clients need a separate consultation?
No. The New Client Glow Facial includes analysis and a customized facial. Choose the Glow Audit only if you want guidance without a facial that day.
What is the difference between the Glow Audit and the New Client Facial?
The $49 Glow Audit is consultation only. The $189 New Client Glow Facial includes analysis and a customized facial in the same appointment.
Does the Glow Transformation Facial always include microneedling?
No. Microneedling is used only when appropriate and when your skin is ready.
Will I peel or have downtime?
Not every facial causes peeling or downtime. We explain what to expect based on the techniques selected that day.
Can one facial fix my skin?
One facial can improve how your skin looks and feels, but lasting correction usually requires consistent treatments and supportive home care.
How often should I receive a facial?
Most clients benefit from a facial every four to six weeks, but your ideal timing depends on your skin condition and goals.
